工作概要 Job Summary

管理、协调所负责项目的冲压相关产品工艺开发工作。制定公司冲压相关标准规范。提高供应商的设计、制造能力，确保每一个项目的工装设计均符合原设计要求，保证负责的项目按时交付。

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. 负责冲压工艺文件的编制以及更新工作，并监督执行，包括layout, PFC, PFMEA，工艺卡片等；

2. 负责冲压现场工艺、质量问题的分析、解决。

3. 负责冲压技术改造方案的制订，并监督实施

4. 负责冲压自制工装的设计、组织制作及监督车间的维护保养工作

5. 负责冲压关键、特殊工序的管理

6. 评估现有冲压产品加工后处理工艺的合理性及改善方案的制定.

7. 跟进复制模的图纸、版样、并跟进相关技术指导，生产控制与品质保证的指导.

8. 负责模具开发的前期支持和协作

9. 负责模具项目的过程跟踪，协助制造工程师完成模具验收。

10.组织并参与各类模具的设计结构各阶段审核

11.负责模具试模前的准备工作，协调与各部门和客户的联系

12.负责冲压产品工时的分析，协助工业工程师制定冲压标准工时。

13.降低冲压问题引起的报废返修

14.其它可能需要的工作。

冲压件，包括管线件及坚固件等

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:

1. 国家统招本科以上学历，工科背景，模具专业优先

2. 3-5年相关模具及冲压行业制造、设计和项目管理等工作经验，能独立解决问题

3. 熟练掌握模具设计软件和文档管理

4. 良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力

5. 较强的组织协调及沟通能力，善于发现问题，有较强的学习和应用能力能，独立开展工作
