Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the provision of application and technical support in the field of desalination (reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration) and in a professional manner to the respective customers and the project task force, sales management and service.

2. Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers in the territory of China. Achieve sales objectives, including planning and tracking.

3. Prepare market assessments and sales forecasts based on communication with customers, suppliers and based on trends in technology, regulatory, etc.

4. Develop sales opportunities; ensure preparation of technical solutions and sales offers for clients at market price level according to current sales policy.

5. Liaise with Competence Centers and Customer Service on the subject of desalination, concerning plant performance assessment, process technologies, application engineering, tender support, and project execution.

6. Carry out field visits to key customers like operators, contractors, engineering firms, authorities, system suppliers and key decision makers for business development, technical, commercial clarification and negotiation.

7. Identify new potential clients for prospective business opportunities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering

2. 3+ years’ experience in related-product and applications-specific knowledge

3. Strong customer focus, sense of necessity to meet or exceed customer expectations, and achieve daily commitments.

4. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, SAP and product sizing software.

5. Fluent English
