Responsibilities:

1. Business focused EPC oversea and export.

2. Manage selected big EPC Key Accounts from an in-depth knowledge of their oversea business and investment projects and intimacy with key decision makers (especially high-level engagement), growing sales and market shares and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Leverage company direct and indirect sales resources in order to implement country-based sales, projects & services strategies.

4. Prepare and define Account Plan and Action Plan including information collection, project/pipeline identification & follow-up, international project management, competitor analysis, Tendering, contract negotiation & signing, AR collection and engineering implementation & coordination.

5. Intercompany pipeline management, coordinate process, project coordination and execution.

6. Export business for Wilo intercompany sales, promote products and formulate process, provide technical communication with internal clients.

7. Be responsible for product selection and quotation after order was received, visit customers with oversea intercompany; coordinate internal department and process to ensure sales order was executed smoothly.

8. Set up process of internal company oversea sales business and achieve sales target.

Requirements

1. More than 5 years of experience in overseas business

2. Work experiences on big EPC project sales and well understand EPC operation process, successful experience of EPC big project implementation

3. Good ability of anti-pressure

4. Good Communication skill

5. Engineering education background: Bachelor degree

6. Fluent English
