工作概要 Job Summary

通过产品先期质量策划和质量保证工具的实施，识别和控制产品的质量风险；

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

A） 新产品开发质量保证

1、组织和策划所负责的新产品的质量开发并监督其有效实施。

2、确定新产品开发所需的质量资源，包括检测设备和计量器具，校准服务，人员配置。

3、参加APQP会议，及时发现和报告APQP过程中的未关闭的质量事项，并提出和负责实施解决方案。

4、负责组织新产品样件的检查。

5、负责准备PPAP 资料。

6、实施新产品的工序审核。

7、负责识别和预防控制新产品开发中的质量问题，组织CFT小组采取有效的纠正和预防措施。

8、确定和推动SPC的应用。

9、参与特殊特性的选择和PFMEA 的制订

10、制订控制计划

11、指导质检设备和计量器具的校准和MSA分析。

12、新产品项目质量培训

Ｂ）　质量控制

１、收集质量信息、填写质量抱怨单、并负责质量

信息在公司内部的传递。

2、负责监督过程检验、成品及发货检查程序的实施。

3、负责处理并分析生产过程中发现的不合格品，监督质检员严格执行不合格品控制及相关质量程序。

4、每月当FRC或者PPM超出目标值时，负责制订不合格的优先减量计划，并跟踪实施情况。

5、负责针对内部（生产过程中发生的成批或者严重不合格品）或者外部质量问题（客户抱怨），制定预防纠正措施，并和相关人员一起保证纠正

Ｃ）　其他

(1).负责对质检员（从切线到成品）进行日常管理。

(2).负责监督质检员按岗位描述要求完成其本职工作，并对他们进行考评。

(3).负责对质检员进行相关的质量培训

岗位权职：

有权对相关的质检员的工作进行考核，并建议其月度奖金。

分析要求 Analytical Requirements:

具有良好的专业知识，较强的组织协调及沟通能力，善于发现问题，能独立开展工作。.

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:

1、机械工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

2、了解冲压、焊接方面的专业知识，三年以上质量工作经历。

3、英语四级，具备基本听说读写能力。

4、了解质量体系和质量管理的工具和解决问题的方法，如：APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC、8D、精益生产（5S、准时生产、防错、全员生产性维护、看板、价值流程图等）。
