职位描述

Job Summary
在产品开发阶段和产品生产阶段负责协调所有供应商质量的持续改进行动，审计，审查和评估等。

Job Responsibility
1. 发展供应商及促进指定供应商持续的改进行动以满足英瑞杰汽车系统的质量要求手册，提高供应商质量，成本和交货的表现。
2. 支持供应商PPM的降低（即工作重点放在每季最高PPM的供应商）。
3. 按要求支持关键供应商进行SOPA流程。
4. 领导供应商质量管理回顾（SMQR），并根据需要支持工厂。
5. 管理各供应商质量文件及重要文件（供应商有关质量的业绩记录，成本和交货评级，评估，控制活动等）。
6. 促进供应商的持续改进活动，以执行绩效改进（即Kaizen, Six Sigma, VA/VE等事件）。
7. 支持内部客户（项目小组，制造，物流，商品采购，SQE）以及工厂在供应商方面的问题。
8. 必须遵守所有的工作规则，政策和程序以及所有安全规则和条例。

Qualification
1. 要求学士学位学历及以上。
2. 优先考虑有三年SQA经验者, 以及有TS16949，过程审计或CQA认证经验者。
3. 要求有APQP和PPAP经验，能熟练运用Microsoft Office，尤其是MFGpro，Word，Excel和Access和Project等软件。
4. 要求有优秀的解决问题，做决策和区分工作先后次序的能力。
5. 具独立工作能力并能按时完成工作。
6. 出色的口头，书面沟通技巧(英文和中文)。

Job Responsibility

Be responsible to coordinate all supplier quality continuous improvement activity, audits, review and assessments in product development phase and production phase.

1. Facilitate continuous improvement activities of assigned suppliers to meet Inergy Automotive Systems Requirements Manual to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance of suppliers.

2. Champion supplier PPM reductions (i.e. focus on poor performing suppliers, high PPM, SNCR’s, and Critical Issues for their assigned suppliers.)

3. Support Supplier Onsite Process Approval (SOPA) on key suppliers as required.

4. To lead Supplier Quality Management Reviews (SMQR) at division level and support at plant level as needed.

5. Maintain quality document central file (supplier performance records pertaining to quality, cost, and delivery rating, evaluations, containment activities, etc.) per supplier

6. Facilitate continuous improvement activities at suppliers to implement performance improvement, (i.e. Kaizen, Six Sigma, VA/VE events).

7. Support internal customers (Program Teams, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commodity Buyers, SQE) and support the manufacturing plant in supplier issues.

8. Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures and all safety rules and regulations.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Science, Technical or Business)

2. Three years SQA experience strongly, TS16949, process auditor or CQA certification preferred.

3. Experience in APQP and PPAP required, and microsoft Office computer skills, particularly in MFGpro, Word, Excel, Access and Project.

4. Strong problem solving, decision making and prioritization skills required

5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

6. Excellent verbal, written communication skills.(English and Chinese)
