职位描述
主要任务和职责
1、审核生产计划，确保客户订单的按时完成。
2、监督并协调生产过程，确保高效生产、可接受的质量和最底的废品率，为客户提供优质产品。
3、实施员工培训与员工交流，达到并超越工厂质量和安全目标。
4、确保质量体系的相关要素的要求，在生产现场被正确、有效的贯彻执行。
5、监控生产现场的衡量指标（生产效率、质量文件，安全和出勤），积极倡导持续改进的理念，推进完成各项改进措施。负责工厂精益生产的运行。
6、负责部门员工“业绩考评体系”的建立、推行、指导和评审等工作，为人力资源的储备发展和各项业务指标的完成提供充实有效的支持。
7、负责培训、培养员工，帮助员工发挥优势，确保绩效考核和接替计划的有效实施。
8、执行工厂所规定的岗位程序文件、TS16949的相关条款, 承担公司工厂文件规定的相关安全责任。
资格和要求
教育：大专或以上学历
经历：三年以上相关工作经历
其他：良好的沟通能力，经过安全法和相关的法律法规的培训，具有处理应急的安全类事务的能力。具有处理应急的安全类事务的能力； 能承受较大的工作压力，具有一定英语能力。

The total investment of the new company is 25 million USD and the total construction area is about 15,000 square meters, which will SOP in June of 2012. Based on the strong R&D capability and complete global customers networks of Lear Corporation, Lear Metals Wuhan will provide high quality, competitive products and services for domestic and oversea customers.
