Position Description: 1. PC product project management, Leverage Marketing Requirements, Technology Capabilities, Launch, Cost, Price and Business Objective Requirements to optimize the product definition 2. Create the end-to-end project master schedule, resource plan and budget with multiple functional team input, Commit product definition, cost and quality, project expense and schedule to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction 3. Track and manage the comprehensive and transparent project expenses 4. Drive the execution by ensuring the compliance of all project milestones and key documents such as Marketing Requirement Document, Offering Definition and ID Ensure the staffing of the Offering Team and lead cross- functional, global Offering Team to execute offering processes, deliver tasks and project targets on time 5. Make tradeoff decisions on project budget and timeline, product and project design as well as development plan and risk approach (e.g., judgment of product change request) 6. Holds a Bachelor Degree or higher with MBA preferred2. 8 years or more Project Management Experience Experience across multiple functions, even outside R&D PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification 3. Project and Team management skill to optimize resources to deliver project results Ability to synthesize and communicate to senior management key project aspects 5.
