Role/Purpose

The VIM Application Expert is responsible for both implement project and supporting the business on the operation aspects of SAP VIM Globally. This is a position in a Global team with team members in Asia, Europe and the Americas with a joint commitment to supporting the SAP business users in all METTLER TOLEDO units in the day-to-day operations. This position reports to the local FIN team Lead in HR line. Responsibilities for this position in an international operating environment are listed below.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Know, understand, and follow established ITIL processes for incidents, changes, and problems with focus on How To Measure Service (HTMS) targets and established SLAs
• Expansion of the VIM template in support of roll-in and other BO Projects
• Delivering High Quality Solutions, Documentation, and Support to VIM Team and Stakeholders
• Support and advise Project Team, gather Requirements to create the best possible solutions
• Contribute to Continuous Service Improvement initiatives. Specifically in the area of VIM Template, IT and Business Processes, and Collaboration. Strive to improve efficiency in how the team delivers project, enhancements, and manages the daily tasks
• Display high communication standards when dealing with Customers and Users
• Be a collaborative team player, share knowledge, ideas, feedback proactively
• Close cooperation with Global Team Lead
• Professional, proactive communication with business users and colleagues

Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 full cycle project implementation experience with SAP VIM area.
• Familiar with OpenText client s/w configuration and troubleshooting, like for ICC validation client, Enterprise Scan
• Familiar with ICC Server customizing configuration and script.
• Familiar with VIM PO & NPO process implement and improvement, like COA, auto coding, PO line item matching to VIM DP
• Familiar with different channel to push invoice to VIM, like EDI, Email.
• Familiar with configuration and troubleshooting workflow of VIM.
• Good documentation skill for FD,TD,CD.
• Good communication skill to support UAT
• Support VIM patching, enable new feature after VIM patching
• Provide training to user by requirement
• Good problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Language skills: Proficient in English written and oral
• Debug skill is advance.
