岗位职责:

？ Contribute to client engagements, research deliverables and presenting strategies to clients.
？ Work across a range of engagements that might include developing brand strategies, segmenting customer audiences, understanding consumer journeys, guiding innovation strategy, mapping customer-experiences and assessing corporate reputations.
？ Working both laterally and vertically with colleagues within Strategy 3 to ensure ideas are flawlessly presented to both clients and the broader marketing community

任职资格:

Education：
？ Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
？ MBA or other graduate degree from a leading business school
Experience:
？ 3+ years of professional experience: preferably in branding/marketing, management consulting, brand management, or market research
？ Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects, both client and internal
？ Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills：
？ Intermediate level in English speaking and writing
？ Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
