岗位概述:
Position Overview:Assist in OTC facility management  
协助主管进行OTC园区及大楼设施的日常管理，确保研发和办公设施的正常安全运行和使用。同时负责园区EHS工作的日常管理和指导工作。另外根据需要参与公司的其它项目。

职责内容
Responsibilities：

1、Assist in planning, organizing and directing the Facility Department, with knowledge / skill-set / experience of maintenance, new facility set-up, and renovation.

2、Responsible for facility system maintenance and troubleshooting, keep the facility operation smoothly and no interruption for building facility operation.

3、Assist in budget and cost control to ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations.

4、Provide supporting to other departments in terms of work scheduling, training, troubleshooting.

5、Assist in establishing and improving facility procedure, training, staff development, etc.

6、Identify & record any problem and failure relating to the daily facility systems (Risk management).

7、Perform other duties as required by company.

其他职责 (30%)

Secondary (30%)：

1、Assist in reviewing new project / remodeling in the campus and provide suggestions.

2、Take charge of the scope, requirement collecting and other actions from technician perspective

3、Assist in coordinating with vendors for the new project / remodeling design and construction, testing and commissioning.

4、Act as a technical person from faciltiy dept to deal with vendors

5、Site supervision for new project / remodeling works.

6、On site supervision

7、Assist in maintaining health, safety and environmental programs to assure compliance with China Regulatory requirements.

8、Make sure the facility related are in complians with authority requirements

9、Continue improving EHS management systems for existing building facilities.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above- major in Mechanical & Electrical/BA /Facility Management 拥有机电安装/楼宇自控/楼宇管理专业 
2. Solid experience of office / commercial building facility management 具有丰富的办公楼/商业楼设施管理经验 
3. Strong communication skills, coordination skill  具有良好的沟通、协调能力
4. Highly energetic personality; independent, self-motivated and experienced team player 具备优良的品德和个性，独立工作能力并富有团队协作精神
5. Problem solving and integration abilities, prefers result-orientated work style 具备优良的自发解决问题及目标导向能力
6. Good oral & written communication skill both in English and Mandarin. 良好的中英文书面和口头能力                                                                                           

7. Familiar with Microsoft office software as well as AutoCad. 熟练应用office软件及CAD绘图软件。
