岗位职责:

OVERVIEW

The Data Manager is key in establishing data infrastructure as the foundation for marketing, strategy, and development analytics and business intelligence. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate incumbent to establish and scale of data infrastructure and help our customers in sales, marketing and commercial teams make informed data driven decisions across a vast array of data sources. S/he will bring proven experience and data engineering capabilities to design and develop end to end processes to support business intelligence and analytics solutions.

OUTPUTS/ACCOUNTABILITY

Data Management
? Build the reporting and analytical solutions;
? Bring data from different data sources and performing data modelling in order to streamline data;
? Leverage data from a variety of sources to build internal and external dashboards and reports;
? Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with core business products, strategy and decisions;
? Work with external development team, product managers, vendors, internal team members and clients to understand data needs;
? Implement proactive quality management plans across projects. Track service performance and provide leadership to identify root causes of issues and implement remedial actions

Service Management
? Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, to customer satisfaction;
? Provide comprehensive data management expertise to research team to provide high quality data management products that meet customer needs;
? Provide leadership and vision to the team in the areas of project planning, execution, and close-out;
? Provide justification for and perform direct negotiations with customer, e.g., timelines, financial, process, resources;
? Maintain strong customer relationships



任职资格:

Experience

? At least 5-7 years of sales experience in healthcare industry and good application of knowledge
? Understand and use statistical analysis
? Ideally have experience in designing, building and operating data pipelines, although not essential
? Experience of building end to end processes for reporting, from inception of idea through to finally analytical solution delivery is a plus

Qualifications

? Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Science, Biological Science, Healthcare / Pharmacy, Statistics or related studies
