Responsibility

1. Structure technical support team in efficient way, daily manager of technical support team, set target and evaluate the team members performance, coordinate workload among team member, improve team competence

2. Help the sales to promote the system and product to customers

3. Ensure the new product matched the market requirement and competitive sales argument in line with company policy

4. Help the sales for the technical part and other necessary support or possible raised problem, deliver the technical seminar with design institution and customer to influence the customer

5. Organize team to perfect and deliver the necessary technical tools for sales and customers

6. Organize and deliver training plan to sales or dealers to help them understand product selling point, monitor on the results and feedback

7. Ensure the big project get team support carried out effectively, coordinate with different function to optimize solution

8. Support on exhibition, keep one eye on competitors and deliver the message back

9. Other works that assigned by team leader

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC or drainage is preferred

2. Pump industry 7 years above

3. Experienced training and presentation skill

4. Team spirit and influence skills

5. Fluent oral and writing English
