Job Description

• You will manage accounting activities relating to month-end and quarter-end close to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting compliant with US GAAP and China GAAP. 

• You need to maintain accuracy, completeness and integrity of GL accounts and possess knowledge of general principles relating to regulatory compliance and be proficient enough to identify challenges presented by the operation flows on accounting treatments or tax compliances.

• Being part of an organization that promotes excellence, you will ensure the robustness of the processes and internal controls as well as taking personal leadership to maintain the highest standard of controls and compliance.

• You will be required to ensure proper documentation on procedures and controls are in place. 

• Prepare periodic Balance Sheet Reconciliation and properly account for related operational costs and accruals.

• You will behave as a reliable business partner and strong accounting advisor to various business functions and work collaboratively with them to achieve optimum solutions on the relevant operation flows.

• With manager’s support and supervision, you may also participate in systems and process improvement initiatives and projects discussion, provide decision support on to-be model.

• Be a key coordination point with company auditors and tax agents, drive the resolution of any key control issues.

• Good command of both English and Chinese language, written and spoken

• Hands-on and detailed focus

• Possess good knowledge of China GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS knowledge will be a plus

• Experience with the SAP system and system implementation or support experience would be a plus
