1.     Conduct in depth analysis and interpretation on periodical business result, providing explanation / justification

2.     Review sales pipeline and prepare analysis on backlog information

3.     Ensure proper revenue recognition and cost accruals following accounting rules

4.     Work closely with business to identify opportunities of cost optimization

5.     Support internal / external audit and follow up on actions

6.     Work together with business to prepare reasonable bottom-up forecast & budget

7.     Form close partnership with business leaders, provide support and challenge

8.     Constructively communicate with BG/BU leaders on the findings from financial analysis and agree on actions to improve

9.     Establish and maintain an effective and efficient controller team
职位要求：
1.     Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level

2.     More than 10 years related working experience in Finance Management

3.     Familiar with IFRS and PRC taxation, accounting and regulations

4.     Certificate in accounting or financial management (e.g. CPA, CMA)

5.     Good team leader with outstanding leadership abilities

6.     Good communication and presentation skills

7.     Excellent in time management

8.     Able to work under pressure

9.     Good English skills

10. Familiar with major computer software and in finance system
