职位描述
Essential Duties:
1. Development of wired/wireless VoIP or V2oIP products, wired/wireless router, WiFi or WiMax module, NAS and PMP products based on the customer request or the marketing requirement.
2. Establish the test procedure and doing the hardware signal testing based on the requirement.
3. Need to perform the high speed signal design, testing and simulation.
4. Responsible for all the hardware signal testing and reviewing all the test results.
5. Check all the engineering problems during the sample run, pilot run and mass production stages.
6. Evaluate the new technology base on the different kind of the testing method or technology.
Position Requirements:
Must:
1. BS/MS EE or CS
2. 2+ years experience in multimedia communication/Wi-Fi/Dect/IP Video phone/VoIP/NAS products h/w development.
3. Understanding of high speed circuitry design, signal integrity simulation.
4. Strong familiarity with OrCad schematic capture and Allegro layout tool.
5. Experience with board design, signal integrity analysis, PCB layout and manufacturing processes.
6. Will be self-motivated, innovative, and energetic.
7. Be willing to work with little supervision in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
8. Develop and complete schedules within allocated timeframes while satisfying all design constraints
9. Ability to innovate and enjoying solving problems.
10. Good attitude for team work.
11. Excellent English written and oral communications skills.
Plus:
1. Understanding of design for EMI/EMC/Safty/PTT test and implementation of RF product.
2. Adept at utilization of lab test equipment: VSA, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, Network Analyzer, Modulation Analyzer, Oscilloscopes, Protocol Analyzers and Logic Analyzers.
3. Familiarity with Verilog/VHDL simulation for complex programmable devices.
