Position Description: - Lead cross- function teams to go through all of the IOD processes and deliver multi-programs and tasks on time.- Lead and manage other function teams to understand the project charter, then complete and deliver project objectives on time within cost budget.- Responsible for project execution plan, manage project scope/changes, risks/ mitigation plan, quality and cost by IOD process.- Be able to collaborate and balance with project's stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure business unit benefits.- Monitor and report on various metrics that indicate the status of the development effort.- Lead cross- function teams complete the transition plan effectively based on the roadmap, stock or/and healthy supply, technical ready and resource status- Integrated and optimize new product development and delivery process according to fast business driven.- Demonstrated skills in prioritization and time management to ensure that the program reports are timely compiled and workload is managed effectively within agreed timeframes and deadlinesPosition Requirements: - Bachelor Degree or higher- Fluent English in both writing & speaking is a must- At least 5 years in a Project Management leadership position(PMP Certified);.- Big Plus: 5 years or more as a PM within a Lenovo HW business experience.- Solid personal computing hardware and software understanding.- Excellent knowledge of current Project Management methods and tools such as:- Planning, execution, control and closing.- Cost, price and P&L.- Supply and demand forecasting.- Managing project resources.- Project Definition, Risk Plan, Quality Plan and Change Management.- Outstanding communication skills and presence to engage with senior executives
