?Prepare documents to support production as working instructions, production routing, process, quality checking inspection and control plan;
?Set up the documentation of coating process and working instruction. Supervise the compliance operation;
?Provide support for training and validation operators and setters to achieve the manufacturing and quality goal;
?Discovery and analyse problems, take actions to keep top quality.
?Accomplish other assigned task to support operational excellence such as 6 sigma, TS16949, cost down etc.

?University degree in material engineering/automation/mechanical/electricity or related heat treatment technical degree;
?Technical knowledge:
- Mechanic: General knowledge needed: reading a drawing; mechanical calculation, skills on magnetism can be a plus
- Electricity: Good knowledge: how to read drawings; type of current and voltage (pulsed, not pulsed), electron gun, anode, cathode, etc…
-Diagnostic: Very good: logical approach.
-Metallurgy: Basics: young modulus, hardness, adhesion, material skills are a plus
-Chemistry: Good knowledge on ions, electrons, gas (acetylene), chemical reaction (cracking molecules …) are a plus.
-Informatics: Good manipulation of software; HMI interface; excel. Minitab knowledge so on are a plus
-Coating: CVD /PECVD coating experience are a plus.
- DLC coating experience is a plus.
?Proactive, good team spirit and communicative skills to carry out cross-department project,
Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal initiative, careful, considerate, and diligent;
?PC skills: MS Office;
?Good English/French language for a technical dialog;
?General knowledge about the functioning of pump/injector is a plus;
?Travel abroad is required.
