Position Description: Lenovo is seeking for an HRIS Specialist to join Lenovo HRIS team in Beijing.We are looking for enthusiastic problem solvers who can apply their skills and constantly improve processes and systems, providing support across various regions with a good command of both written and spoken English.Job Description? Work collaboratively with Service Center agent and act as Tier 2 support on production issues related to Workday Financial (Expense) for the globe.? Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues to meet Service Level Agreements.? Demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner.? Proactively monitor system operations and integrations.? Work with credit card service suppliers to address and troubleshoot integration issues.? Use Business and System Analyst skills in managing system change requests. Recommend system improvements and innovative solutions to the HR systems.? Participate in strategic and complex projects to ensure successful implementation.? Facilitate requirements gathering, document gap analysis, create technical designs specifications, configure and test based upon the requirements of system enhancement.Position Requirements: ? Master's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Finance/Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience? Overseas education background or working experience is preferred.? Demonstrated ability to work closely with non-technical business owners on a technical solution.? Excellent analytical and demonstrated problem solving skills both technically and functionally. Proven ability to proactively and quickly grasp, distill and synthesize concepts and details from diverse sources, identify trends, develop strategies, and implement high-impact solutions.? Good learning ability and working attitude.? Self-motivated and can work without minimal supervision.? Good organizational skills, communication skills and time management.? Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams.? Can converse effectively in both Chinese and English.? Implementation, business support experience or internship experience with a Financial or HCM application such as Workday, SAP, etc. is preferred.
