岗位职责:
1. To make electrical proposal according to customers' RFQ/Specification within required time schedule; the technical proposal includes Control concept, PLC zone distribution, Electrical hardware and software configuration and list, Standard station description in electrical, Topology, Network, MES description, Control safety etc.;
2. To make accurate detail cost calculation as the base for the quotation to customers;
3. To clarify with customers for their technical requirement, and to explain to customer our technical proposal, to lead the technical specification signing in electrical;
4. To analyze the project opportunities and risk;
5. To communicate with supplier for the quotations;
6. To hand over technical proposal and cost calculation to project execution team;
7. To support Sales team for customer visit to know customer needs;
8. To support Project Managers to evaluate Change Order Request during project execution, and to calculate the cost;
9. To develop and continuously improve the template of technical proposal file and cost calculation tool.任职资格:
1. 5 years or above experiences in Electrical design and commissioning in automotive industry and systems integration business;
2. Well know PLC, Network, MES and PC application in automatic industry;
3. Experiences in project technical leader position in electrical is preferred;
4. Engineering experiences in battery and powertrain assembly and test business are a strong plus;
5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
6. Able to understand customers’ needs and deliver suitable solutions to fit the needs;
7. Strong cost and time sense;
8. Fluent in both oral and written English;
9. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time;
10. Result oriented.
