Location: KangQiao, PuDong district, Shanghai

I. Overall Responsibilities

· Major contributor to guarantee the overall project quality can achieve organizational requirement, project quality targets, and customer satisfaction.

II. Principal Accountabilities

· Responsible for new project quality guarantee, assure new project and product flawless launch.

· Define and manage the quality plan for new projects according to customer requirements, internal quality targets. And ensure the quality deliverables are completed on time.

· Organize lesson learned workshop to collect and utilize the experiences from existing products or previous projects.

· Organize DFMEA meeting to drive design team on identifying potential failure modes and implementing mitigation actions.

· Participate in Engineering Design Reviews of specifications and drawings.

· Ensure proper project risk analysis and mitigation plan are implemented.

· Make quality alarms to Project Manager and report clear project quality status before each gate.

· Contribute on R&D process improvement and Quality Management System.

III. Requirements

· Education Required: BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrialization or equivalent degree.

· At least 3 years in R&D project quality management or process quality control experience in international industry company.

· Product, process or quality engineering experience & expertise required

· Plenty of design and manufacturing engineering experience.

· Excellent knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and quality problem solving methods.

· 6 Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, and ISO9001 Internal Auditor is preferred.

· General competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills; Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across business levels and functions
- Highly responsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work
- Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
- Language Ability: Fluent in both oral and written English
