职位描述
岗位职责：
了解客户提出的问题，并登记问题，处理客户投诉，安抚客户；
2. 管理和维护客户关系，及时向用户反馈结果，做好闭环跟踪，提升客户满意度；
3. 及时反馈系统存在的问题和用户的需求给到部门相关人员；
3. 按要求完成系统故障记录和维护记录文档的编写；
3. 完成上级安排的其他工作与任务。
任职资格：
1.专业不限，至少2年以上工作经历，大专或以上学历，
2.普通话标准，口齿伶俐，思维敏捷，沟通表达能力强；
3.熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；
4.仪表端庄，性格开朗大方，有良好的客户服务意识，勤奋敬业，为人诚实可靠；
5.有较好的学习新知识的能力，服从安排，有责任心和良好的耐心。
