岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上测试工作经验，其中3年以上功能测试相关经验，有自动化测试经验的优先，有测试团队管理经验的优先；

3. 熟悉常用的测试工具和Bug管理跟踪软件，熟练使用sqlserver、Oracle常用的SQL语句；

2. 具有较强的文档编写能力、沟通能力，善于团队合作，具备较强的责任感及进取精神；

3. 做事积极主动，责任心强，自学能力以及独立解决问题能力强；

4.熟悉使用Linux常用命令优先；

5.有性能测试经验优先。

岗位职责：

1.根据系统需求设计测试方案，制定测试计划，对测试全过程进行管理和控制；

2. 熟悉需求，编写测试用例、执行测试用例，记录测试过程中的bug及后续的bug跟踪。

3.根据测试结果，向开发人员反馈bug，督促软件工程师解决问题，保证项目测试质量和进度，进行质量分析和汇报。

4.编写测试报告，用户手册，进行系统用户培训

5.测试方法和技术的研究和应用，测试流程的规范和优化。
