Job Duties:

- Initial new ideas, develop new WP products and improve current products based on market need.

- Lead research project independently and cooperate with other functions in Grace

- Work with supplier / Toller/ 3^rd party lab to help research work

- Based on request from marketing/ operation/ sales, to offer technical service.

- Coach/Train subordinate in the team.

- Lead some EHS task of the site and other routine in the site.

Skills and Abilities:

• PhD degree in materials or chemistry, 3-5 years job experience in chemical industry, or academia preferred
• Strong experience in research projects. Need independent project leadership.
• Background of adhesive/coating development preferred.
• Nice to have skills/knowledge on polymeric films, laminations or PU materials
• Strong communication skills, be able to communicate with regional and global technical team and other functions
• Have certain management skill.
• Good presentation skill.
• Fluent in oral and written English
