MISSIONS:
Responsible for electrical fuse box product 3D/2D design, development with supplier and project coordination.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product development
- In charge of fuse box 3D & 2D design with supplier, make the quality check and officialization in PSA system.
- Make the fuse box interface definition, take part to the different meetings for the product and process convergence.
- Establish the fuse box RFQ package and ensuring the RFQ exhaustiveness before sending to the potential suppliers
- Explain to the supplier the PSA specifications and the expected elements, set up the technical choice report based on supplier technical quotation
- Take lead of fuse box product development and industrialization with supplier according project planning

Supplier management
- Set up regular meeting with fuse box final supplier (technical, quality and validation),
- Analyze the fuse box final supplier documentation (planning, RFQ technical quotation, validation plan, drawing, DFMEA...) and physical product during the development
- Drive the suppliers according to the project planning and quality requirements.

Project management
- Take a convergence of fuse box project management towards to program manager
- Define the planning of the fuse box design& development activities according to project requirements.
- In charge of fuse box development and industrialization, ensure the quality, the performance, the cost and the planning targets defined by the project.
- Good risk management and issue solving capability, make the reporting


QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor degree above
-Good oral and written English skills
-Good knowledge in plastic/sheet metal parts, electrical parts, stamping, and geometrical tolerance.
-Mechanical design & development of Electrical product experience is required.
-Fuse box product knowledge is a plus
-CATIA V5 design experience is plus
-TOEIC is preferred
