Mission:
Our department has the technical responsibility in China of powertrain adaptation (exhaust / fuel systems / gearshift / pedal box and clutch system...). Its mission is to support the development & industrialization of the components of its perimeter for Vehicle Projects, in our two joint-ventures DPCA in Wuhan and CAPSA in Shenzhen.
At production stage, we provide technical support to the JV to analyze and solve quality issues, take them into account for lesson learn and up-date the worldwide PSA standards.

3 à 5 year working experience in one of the technical fields of our technical perimeter are requested.
Excellent abilities of synthesis and communication are necessary for this job. Open-minded, rigorous and persevering. Working language: English.



Major Responsibilities:
? Directly in charge of development of some components, in relation with technical team located in France
o Relation with supplier (arrange and lead regular meetings with his suppliers), from the supplier choice to the mass production
o Discussion with the technical counterparts in the JV
o Follow the validation plan
? Provide technical support to the JV to analyze and solve quality issues, take them into account for lesson learn and up-date the worldwide PSA standards
? Provides PSA Technical teams with information regarding China constraints, the developments on progress, and localization policy. Check the skills and facilities of the different suppliers in China
? Report regularly to the vehicle project leader the progress of the development in his field, and maintain weekly KPI (key points indicator)


Qualifications:
- Master degree above
- Good oral and written English skills
- Good knowledge of component development, in such fields as gearshift control or pedal box or exhaust line or fuel system) = 3 to 5 years working experience in these fields
- TOEIC is preferred
