Missions:
To follow-up the realization of welding jigs and checking fixtures, made in China for the body
assembly lines of PSA plants worldwide.


Major Responsibilities:
To be the technical responsible of welding department of PSA China for the Global
Sourcing Body-in-White assembly lines.
- To participate with purchasing department of PSA China to the quotation of the jigs and to
the choice of suppliers.
- To check and to validate the quality of the :
1. 2D Drawings
2. Manufacturing
3. Assembly
4. Adjusting
In the respect of PSA standards.
- To ensure the delivery date of the jigs, according to a planning.


Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineer or Technician with experience in a :
- Or body assembly production plant
- Or body assembly manufacturing workshop.
- Or body assembly studies office.


SKILLS:
- Good knowledge in the Technologies of :
1. Welding
2. Machining
3. Material
4. Adjusting
5. Control
- Knowledge of mechanical studies process :
- Good sense of communication to be able to :
1. Drive a meeting
2. Pass on the expectations of PSA/CFER
3. Build good relations with suppliers
- Good ability of writing to be able to :
1. Make clear technical reports and meeting minutes
2. Communicate by E-mail
- Software :
1. CATIA V5
2. MS Project
3. Excel, Word, Powerpoint...

- Languages:
1. Fluent Chinese in writing and speaking
2. Fluent English in writing and speaking
3. Knowledge of French will be a plus
4. TOEIC is preferred
