Job Description

-？？？？？？？？ Define project scope, goals and deliverables

-？？？？？？？？ Lead planning and implementation of project

-？？？？？？？？ Align with stakeholders

-？？？？？？？？ Communicate with 2WP system team for motor requirement

-？？？？？？？？ Communicate with international OEM customers (incl. EU, India, Japan…)

-？？？？？？？？ Define project tasks and resource requirements

-？？？？？？？？ Participate in design review and problem solving for comments with advice

-？？？？？？？？ Manage project budget and resource allocation

-？？？？？？？？ Track and ensure project deliverable using proper tools

-？？？？？？？？ Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders

Qualifications

-？？？？？？？？ Able to lead platform product development

-？？？？？？？？ Experience of project manager or lead engineer in product, process development or manufacturing engineering

-？？？？？？？？ Familiar with Bosch PEP process

-？？？？？？？？ Experience/knowledge of EC motor (automotive, eScooter preferred)

-？？？？？？？？ Planning and organizing

-？？？？？？？？ Willing to travel

-？？？？？？？？ Leading, communication and negotiation skills

-？？？？？？？？ Open for international culture

-？？？？？？？？ Good English language skills

-？？？？？？？？ Result oriented, not only find and report problem, but also look for solution
