岗位要求：

1、具有一定售前、售后项目管理经验，熟悉招投标流程。
2、具备商务合作及合作运用等解决方案规划设计经验。
3、具备良好的书面写作能力，掌握PPT、word、excel、visio等办公软件。
4、具有客户沟通和方案讲解能力，掌握针对客户的PPT宣讲技巧。
5、具有较强的项目沟通、述标、需求挖掘、分析以及需求引导能力。
6、具备较强的沟通协调和团队合作能力，能够承受较强的工作压力。
7、具备良好的学习和创新能力和良好的语言表达能力。
8、具备良好的策划及执行能力，善于思考，头脑灵活，能独立处理紧急或突发事件。

 

岗位职责：

对接软件类项目的前期需求分析，编写需求说明书，编写产品介绍材料，整合公司产品能力推出符合客户需要的解决方案。与后端开发团队共同努力，争取项目落地。
