Senior Financial Analyst （Commercial BP）

Responsibilities:

1. Support daily sales operation as business partner
2. Annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly variance analysis
3. Discount and promotion expense forecast, control and analysis, be responsible to support discount/promotion tracking and booking process improvement
4. Marketing expense and event cost forecast and tracking
5. Sales team incentive design, calculation and validation
6. Support month end closing for top-line P&L items
7. Channel and account contract review and terms evaluation
8. Other financial ad-hoc tasks

Requirement:

§ Degree holder in accounting or other related discipline

§ Strong analytical skills, thrives in a fast-pace work environment, retail/FMCG industry experience preferred

§ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FP&A and commercial finance related experience is highly preferred

§ BI and SAP system experience, CPA certificate will be a plus

§ Big 4 working experience will be a plus

§ Excellent cross function communication

§ Solid Excel, PPT skills

§ Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking

§ Working independently with full ownership of tasks assigned

§ Proactive in identifying process efficiency and improvement

§ Fluent in written and spoken English
