岗位职责描述：

1. 负责以下业务:  

   - 接听客户来电；

   - 销售/采购订单录入及相关合同签订；

   - 申请付款，开票，以及盖章事宜；

   - 应收账款催缴以及付款账期管理；

   - 协调物流相关事宜：准备进出口申报文件，跟踪报关进程以确保快速顺利清关；

   - ERP及其他数据库的维护；

   - 样机和库存管理；

   - 发货管理。

2. 一些销售工作中需要协助的其他任务和职责。

 

任职要求（技能和经验）：

1. 学士学位,理工科专业优先。

2. 至少一年在订单处理，销售支持，进出口，客户服务等方面的工作经验；

3. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件包括Excel, Power point和Word；

4. 语言能力：能够读写英语，口语流利者优先；

5. 工作热情，责任心强，工作严谨，注重结果，高度关注细节，工作效率高，有良好的团队合作精神。
