* Responsible for new product launching with the objective of ensuring on-time launching for season sales, thus to support company business growth.

*Job Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree or above, major in project

-minimum 4 years experience on project management

-Good communication skills in coordinating cross functional departments activities

-Good understanding of International business and agrochemical industry

-Independent and self motivated, self disciplined

-Professional level of English (both written and oral)

-knowledge about agrochemical industry\ supply chain management\ International business etc.

*Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goal, to ensure the products can be produced and launching on time for season sales within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.

To work directly with marketing, supply chain departments, Business development department etc to estimate effort, plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks.

To identify, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks, tackling day-to-day issues and reviewing how serious issues and risks might impact on schedule, quality and cost.

Cooperative and respectfully communicate with external and internal customers.

Be responsible for bringing the project to a close, which may include creating an end of Project report or evaluation document and also keep monitoring the results afterwards.
