1.   Accountabilities :

Budgeting & Planning:

Budget Cycle: work closely with senior leader ship to build up annual   volume budget and 3 year plan based on historical performance analysis and   future trend forecast.

Forecast: input indepth understanding of sales operation and get involved   in weekly demand planning and monthly performance forecast     

Monitor sales performance: 

Analysis of sales volume, market   share, sales topline, portfolio and sales trend, ect, identify and highlight   gap versus expectations/targets, provide deeper insight to sales team for   setting sales target and next step action plan.       

Industry analysis: 

Build market share & industry analysis   for ABI and key competitors, track performance against target and previous   year.    

         

2.   Qualifications and Technical competencies required:

Bachelor Degree, major in MIS, Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing & Sales or relevant areas.
5 years in similar position in FMCG
Work proactive, good Team player, good communication skill, good analytical skills, excellant excel knowledge and skill.
