岗位职责:

Ipsos Healthcare is a worldwide specialization that focuses on understanding how the motivations, experiences, and interactions of various stakeholders impact the success of medications and health-related programs within the pharmaceutical industry.

You Will Have
As a Research Executive, you will play a key role in delivering on client engagements, assisting in executive interviews, conducting primary and secondary research, preparing deliverables, and crafting compelling storylines to clients. As part of our market research teams, you will be working both laterally and vertically with team members to ensure that our ideas are flawlessly presented and inspiring to both clients and the marketing community. Typical engagements include developing brand strategies, segmenting customer audiences, understanding consumer journeys, envisioning future growth pathways, and guiding innovation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

? Support market research teams with targeted information and analyses, conduct research in support of projects;
? Use a broad range of internal and external sources of data with a well-developed information infrastructure to handle research requests and develop knowledge;
? Prepare and present written and visual materials based on analyses.

Required Skills

? Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
? Related internship or full-time experience: preferably in management consulting or market research, although the specific field is less important than what you’ve accomplished in it
? Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
? Demonstrated leadership skills, both vertically and laterally
? Ease and confidence with “thinking on your feet”
? Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
? Love of, and nose for, healthcare, marketing, and innovation
? Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
