岗位职责:
负责项目的进度、成本、范围，同时监控质量；Responsible for the project schedule, cost and scope, supervise the quality;
作为与客户的主要接口，建立和维护客户关系；Main interface with customer, build and maintain relationship with customer;
定义项目的工作分解结构(WBS)并在项目执行过程中进行维护；Define project work breakdown structure (WBS) and maintain it during the whole project phase;
定义“自制或采购”策略；Define the “Make or Buy” strategy for project scope of supply;
对项目风险进行评估，并制定应对措施；Evaluate project risk and make the action plan;
管理项目变更；Manage the order change request (OCR) with customer
与各部门经理沟通对项目资源进行合理配置，以确保项目运行；Work with other department managers to allocate resource to work on project to secure project running.
