职位描述
Responsibilities
Support the Project Commercial team on:
? Document control and management according to Policy and Procedure.
? Implement assessment and certification process of daily project payment.
? Liaise with Financial Dept to track payment status.
? Assistant to prepare CFU, Material price trend chart and Cash Flow Forecast monthly, Control the quality of QS firm's delivery.
? Log cost data and contractor's information on financial system and maintain it from time to time.
? Assistant change order management process, work with PCM and QS firm to track CO procedures.
? Support the final account process during the project close out period.
? Assistant to control the tendering procedure according to the procurement schedule.
? Support to prepare tender documents and contract documents; ensure all the documents can meet IICG's standards.
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
? University degree in quantity surveying, cost management, engineering or engineering management is preferred ;
? >5 years experience on cost control and contract administration in named construction company, leading commercial development company or quantity survey consulting organizations.
? MEP background is a plus.
? Good English and Chinese in oral and written.
? Sound skills with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

? Understands and applies commercial and financial principles. Views issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value.
