Job Description & Responsibility工作内容和职责:

1. Review and revise the related rules and standard procedures under its’ responsibility scope and supervise the implementation after approval.

2. Organize and implement workshop production plan:

- organize and formulate the production plan of the workshop according to the sales order

- organize and arrange production according to plan, and ensure production schedule;

- reasonably allocate operator and equipment, adjust production layout and load, and improve production efficiency.

- Communicate with bedding plant purchaser to know the demand and balance the order if needed.

3. Production process management:

- to host workshop regular meetings and comprehensively coordinate workshop work; 

- supervise and guide the production process, and control production quality to ensure product quality; 

- supervise and inspect the work of the workshop staff, warn and correct the violation; 

- participate in the analysis of product quality problems, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures; 

- supervise and inspect self-inspection and mutual inspection in the production process to prevent unqualified products - from flowing into the next process.

4. Production site management:

- establish site management system and guide training of site management knowledge; 

- promote 6S field management system to achieve standardized management of production workshops; 

- timely assess the 6S execution of workshop employees, implement rewards and punishments, and ensure the system is implemented.

5. Workshop production safety management:

- responsible for implementing the production safety system of the enterprise and carrying out regular safety inspection; 

- control key parts, eliminate safety hazards and prevent safety accidents; 

- organize regular education training for production safety and guide employees to operate safely.

6. Workshop production cost control:

- analyze the daily production situation of the workshop, seek for improvement and improve production efficiency; 

- statistical analysis of workshop cost consumption and formulation of operational cost control measures.

7. Workshop staff management:

- organize workshop production staff to participate in related training, such as safety, quality and others; 

- cooperate with the human resources department to do a good job in employee attendance and wage accounting, etc.

8. Other task:

- responsible for coordinating relations with other relevant departments; 

- communicate with superior leaders and other departments in a timely manner to solve emergencies in the production process;

- complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirement岗位要求: 

  

- Bachelor degree or above with engineering background；

- Good English communication skills;

- At least 8 years working experience, and 3 years working experience in the same position

- Clothing and mattress industry are preferred, have the experience of spring production will be good.

- Strong site management, lean production concept and management skills are preferred

- Good at dealing with employee conflicts and communication;

- Good skill in office software；

- Team player, subject to leadership.
