(Senior) Account Manager

Job Content
- Develop a thorough and ongoing understanding of client activities and requirements

- Identify and solve client problems seeking input from the team leader or Network Country Manager as required
- Act as day to day contact point for clients ranging from underwriting to claims issues
- Maintain regular contact with clients including associated travel where necessary
- Prepare underwriting documentation and negotiate terms with the market
- Maximise client profitability through efficient delivery of service and cross selling
- Develop and maintain relationships with key insurance carriers and Network Offices
- Assist in any fee negotiations and/or agreeing commission levels with insurers
- Ensure orderly client filing

Qualifications (desirable/essential)
- University graduate or above, CPCU or ACII is a plus
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Have a working experience in insurance industry of at least 5 years
