       Responsibilities:

  

1. Own HSE Management System and supports the plant management team on execution  acc. ISO14001, OHSAS18001, OHRIS,
   ISO 45001 (generating the necessary documentation including emergency plans, perform  regular audits, follow-up of NCRs,
   tracking HSE related goals & objectives, provide HSE related trainings)

2. Ensure Compliance (Collect / identify HSE-related laws, regulations and standards in a timely manner, ensure implementation, conduct regular compliance evaluations of buildings, processes, goods and people)

3. Ensure risk assessment (Systematic risk identification and evaluation of environmental factors and hazard within the plant. This includes as well the integrity of the buildings. Support and train risk identification and evaluation of environmental factors, hazard within the department and as well building integrity and process safety)

4. HSE acceptance & permit (HSE related acceptance (environmental, occupational health, safety, fire, etc.): data collection, submit, supervisory)

5. Execute daily HSE work items like special HSE inspection, line walks, Supervise the safety performance of suppliers in the plant, organize and participate in the HSE committee. Conduct annual third-party environmental and occupational health

   monitoring. Cooperate with government departments to supervisory and inspection. Take part in incident investigation and supervise the implementation of rectification measures. Supervisory on fire prevention & protection management including fire drills. Supervisory of the use of PPE. Collect feedback on effectiveness and suitability of work wear.

6. Hazardous waste handling including identification, classification, storage, regular removal and treatment.

7. Occupational health management (Determine occupational hazard factors exposure, physical examination items, physical examination list, medical examination hospital, qualitative and quantitative assessment, IH surveillance management)

8. Farcicalities in case of HSE related risks.

9. Approval of Re-start production or usage of equipment/ facilities in case of HSE related risks after implementation of corrective actions.

10. Report incidents in Webasto HSE System.

11. Stop working or remove people (internal/external) out of related areas in case of HSE concerns.

12. Stop working by unqualified people.

13. Close HSE Audit Non-Conformities after reviewing the evidence and implementation status.

14. Participate in new, modified and expansion projects, and actively provide EHSE advice and supports.

15. Approve all projects ( new production equipment, materials, processes and layout ) and any changes for HSE issues

16. Stop/ Block Production/Buildings in case of HSE related issues

17. Block Waste from disposal in case of violation HSE requirements

18. Prevent the entry or re-entry into occupational factor operation of employee who had IH risks.

     

    Requirements:

                                          

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering.

2. Above 3 years relative HSE work experience in auto and manufacturing company.

3. Knowledge and experience in ISO14000/45001 OHSAS 18001 management.

4. Full knowledge on HSE legal requirements.

5. Familiar with Product Liability Law and Product Safety Requirements.

6. Methods for Root Cause Analysis (5W or Fishbone Diagram).

7. Have IATF 16949, WPS and Lean Basic Requirements.

8. Good communication and team work Skills.

9. Fluent in oral and written English.
