1.领导市场团队制定以下领域的市场策略
（1）可替代能源和可再生能源，如风能，太阳能，电动汽车或者其它的清洁能源。
（2）大功率马达驱动在金属，造纸，化工厂，采矿，火车，船舶，港口机械，水处理，石油和天燃气等领域的应用。
2.市场调研和市场竞争力分析，定期向业务部门及管理层汇报最新的市场动向；
3.产品开发制定规格书；
4.业务开发
5.组织实施客户相关计划：
（1）定期向主要客户更新相关产品信息和掌握客户对未来发展的方向和需求
（2）产品培训
（3）客户满意度调查
（4）组织特殊活动如产品演示
6.开发和管理客户信息库，其中含有客户主要信息和地址，财务状况表等。
职位条件
1.工程学士。电气工程学硕士或以上学历优先；
2.有电力电子，可替代能源和可再生能源领域7年或以上市场营销的工作经验。有很强的领导能力和商业知识，市场管理和战略制定的经验。有成功的经验和市场项目管理经验；
3.做事主动，有组织，有条理，能很好的与研发部，市场部，制造部，项目管理和事业部合作。有很好的表达能力和处理人际关系的能力。理解业务流程和产品导入流程；
4.有产品开发和销售经验者优先考虑。
