Main accountabilities:

Manage purchasing orders from the customers.

Arrange the international delivery from origin countries to Shanghai.

Work out import clearance documents and share with 3PL for the clearance.

Manage both international and domestic lead times performed by the 3PL.

Manage 3PL performances and making sure its consistency with SCM’s expectation.

Regular communicate with HQ related functions in terms of the goods are complaint in TP, CoO, pack out & conditions.

Work with internal related functions with efficient & effective communication.

Align with HK, SIN and TW teams for the system operation in case of being required.

Monthly twice manage China stocks within SAP system & report out.

Monthly summarise goods details and feedback China finance.

Monthly summarise issues and feedback related functions internally.

Ensuring first class execution & 100% job accuracy.

Requirements:

Tertiary or above education background, majoring in international business or SCM is preferred.

At least 2 or more years working experiences.

Efficient & effective communication skills & knowledge.

Specialised in the SAP operation & utilization.

Specialised in Excel operation skills & knowledge.

Strong analytical, logical & problem solving skills.

Fluent English speaking and excellent written skills.

Fast learner & decent, smart, logical thinking are required.
