Job responsibilities:

  1. Input VAT reconciliation - recon the input VAT posting in SAP with the input  VAT verification lists

  2. Monthly/quarterly tax (VAT, CIT) filing - prepare the basic tax filing data  draft; problem solving with tax filing system issues

  3. Prepare the statistics reports

  4. Support data extraction and arrangement for certain type of manual JV - Tax  payment data, tax refund data, reversal data

  5. Proof reading and adjustment of various internal and external reporting

  

  Basic requirements：

1. Familiar with SAP

2. Good at Excel, Word, and Mac OS

3. Good English skill

4. Have solid knowledge in China Taxes and basic accounting knowledge

5. Experienced with VAT and CIT filing. Be able to solve tax filing system issues.

6. Detail-oriented, patient, and have good interpersonal skills

7. Experience in Export VAT refund will be a plus

This is outsourcing role, and got chance to be FTE, must be 3 years experience in Tax related.
