职责和责任
-遵从部门经理或Teradata技术支持中心的指导及指令
-回应所有客户问题
-有研究并找出客户问题的能力，必要时升级到全球支持中心寻求帮助
-执行系统问题修复/备件更换
-进行系统安装及设置（硬件，软件，操作系统）
-维持和表现高水平的工作所需知识
-客户现场维修及维护
-展现作为一个团队成员的团队精神
要求
-2年以上相关工作经验
-Linux和UNIX操作系统相关工作经验
-MS Windows操作系统的知识
-英语听说读写沟通能力
-优秀的人际交往和互动技巧
-关于服务器，盘阵，带库的维护经验
-熟悉并能熟练使用至少一种下列编程：
* SQL
* C language / JAVA / Perl
* Web programming with Database
-基本的网络知识
-以轮值的形式进行7 x 24值班，接受客户报修以及部门经理或技术支持中心的工作分派
-配合在周末或假期工作
最低资格
-本科学位
-能够配合海外培训或出差
