Day to Day Responsibilities: 
For strategy development and implementation:
Establish project charter and define steering and core/working team structure
Identify gaps and develop strategy plan and timeline to execute (including resourcing plan and financials, if needed)
Work with internal and external parties/customers as needed
Execute plan and communicate requirements to stakeholders
Track and report progress on regular basis
For Program Management Office:
Owns the process for proposed projects to be defined, selected and prioritized within the cross-functional project portfolio
Manage the project portfolio management process from project initiation through execution to projects’ closure
Familiarize with each project context/content to avoid overlaps/duplicates or heading towards opposite directions 
Support business case development and work with project owners to resolve issues
Track each project status and key metrics to ensure progress

Travel Requirements: Limited travel required

Required 
Above 5 years related experience on supply chain operation and strategic management.
Bachelor degree on business, supply chain management and engineering.
Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking and writing.
Strong problem solving and Project management skills
Excellent communication skills to liaise with people at all levels of the organization
Management consulting experience is a plus

Desired 
Master Degree / MBA is a plus.
