Responsibilities:

1. Work with the region and site SCM team to delivery the defined standard process and system solution in time, and provide professional input for continuous improvement.

2. Track, support and monitor site SCM daily business are running under standard process and system with the proper way through SAP reporting system, regular review meeting with key user and cross functions alignment with GPO and IT team etc.

3.Execute or participate internal SCM evaluation and external audit to suppliers to strengthen the lean SCM management.

4. Work with WPS team to support lean manufacture system and the whole supply chain for concept, process solution definition with continuous improvement and rolling out among CN all sites.

5. Support the footprint for SCM standard and system well implementation.

6. Support the business for any urgent case for emergency solution from process and system.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. More than 5 years' hands-on experience in SCM areas of automotive industry.

3. Solid SAP knowledge and skills in PP/MM/SD/WM at least.

4. Deep understanding of lean manufacture and have successful implementation experience.

5. Fluent in oral and written English.

6. Responsible, diligent, efficient and proactive.

7. Good negotiation skill and team work spirit.
