JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
>Providing IT helpdesk to computer users in the office and shops. Collecting customer needs, setup priority, and feed back to customers.
>Trouble shooting for software systems. (RIS,CRM,CSIS,JDE,Cognos,BO,BI etc.)
>Using the HDA ticketing system to monitor the status of problem solving, building a database for common problems and solutions, proactive seeking a way to avoid them.
>As one of the windows to provide IT support to solve hardware, network and software problems for all users
>Providing the training for the users.
