Job Description:
1. Responsible for performing the on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems
at customer facility.
2. Ensures equipment uptime and make sure customer production smoothly.
3. Prepares reports on customer support activity and provides documentation to engineering, marketing and sales
on re-occurring problems.
4. Conducts customer orientation and technical training on all aspects of equipment maintenance support for
user applications.
5. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Qualifications:
1. Requires a BS degree or equivalent in physics, industrial automation, mechanic or engineering
2. CET-4 or above, good English and Korean communication ability
3. Interesting in electronic/mechanic system troubleshooting; semiconductor or photovoltaic knowledge would be
advantageous
4. Standard office applications (MS Office Packet), familiar with PC hardware, automation software would be
advantageous.

   中导光电核心团队为江苏省“双创”团队，员工中18%具有博士学位或高级职称、45%具有硕士学位或中级职称。公司拥有完全的自主知识产权，包括国内外科技发明专利和软件著作权20余项。
    中导光电业已开发、生产和销售出PV和FPD工业设备产品10余种。产品均为国内首创，可用于替代进口产品，同时进入国际市场。公司PV检测设备则已覆盖PV从硅片到模组生产流程的主要环节，产品进入国内10余家主要客户生产线，FPD检测设备已形成完整系列，覆盖FPD生产流程的所有环节，为世界“五强”中的大部分和全部国内厂家所采用。
几年来，公司产值每年以3至5倍的速度增长，于2010年全面实现盈利，2011年销售额可望达两亿人民币。公司计划两年后上市，并力争在上市后5年时间里将公司产值提升到百亿人民币的水平，打造出中国第一家世界级高端大型光电工业设备公司。
