职位描述

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Development & implementation of the financial & administrative management of A.C, facility management and operational \ logistic support of AC sales team.

  2. Prepare and manage the office G&A budget, planning the expenditures, analyzing the variances and carrying out the necessary corrections with an accurate and timely reporting.

  3. Coordinate with the headquarters’Administration on financial needs, tools and reports.

  4. Manage the company’s bank accounts and monitor the cash flow.

  5. Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

  6. Manage cooperation with the providers of outsourced services: accounting/payroll, IT, legal services, etc.

  7. Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.

  8. Manage internal staff relations:

Schedule meetings and appointments.

Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.

Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.


Qualifications 

  1. Degree in administration, or Economy or Accounting, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience (Hydro Mechanic equipment \ technical parts sales administration experience and Distribution experience is a plus)

  3. Basic financial management, Inventory Management and Logistics skills.(Including importation process)

  4. Basic P&L experience.

  5. Experience in marketing \ sales companies is a plus.

  6. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills (CHINESE \ English).

  7. Computer literate including working knowledge of Word & Excel, ERP software experience is a plus.

  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

  9. Self-motivated, creative and have strong work ethic, strategic thinking & problem solving skills.

  10. Some Experience with foreign company who imports goods to china.
