职责描述：

Prepare Monthly inventory report and Surplus report, proactively work with factory to monitor and improve working capital status and factory efficiency.

Work as business partner for Sales Team in responsible region in China. Deliver weekly sales forecast and work closely with sales team on sales variance.

Provide financial support to hotel channel team in terms of pricing or discount review. Lead monthly review on hotel AR status.

Prepare monthly business review deck:

- P&L analysis and forecast. Provide deep analysis on key variances with action plan.

- Factory scorecard preparation.

- Operational expenses forecast and analysis.

Review contract and payment request for responsible region;

Prepare annual budget for responsible region;

Conduct financial analysis for business promotion and various commercial cases and projects.

任职要求：

Prefer work in Big 4, and at least above 3 years working experience;

Additional experience from multi-national company will be a plus;

Good knowledge of finance analysis, reporting;

Strong analytical skills, and strong track record of accurate and timely financial reporting;

CPA/ACCA/CMA certification is preferred;

Strong interpersonal skills, proactive communication;

Be proficient in English;

Be proficient in Excel;

Willing to learn and grow.

College degree or above, majored in Accounting or Finance related
