1. With direct responsibilities for the management and business expansion planning of the Hong Kong & Macau retail operations

2. Formulate and implement operations strategies to drive effectiveness and continuous improvement.

3. Work closely with other key functions like merchandising,marketing,VM,logistics etc to ensure smooth store operations.

4. Perform cost/profit/margin/sales&other business analysis.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline

2. A minimum of 7 years experience in retailing&apparel with 3 years in a regional management capacity

3. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

4. Strong proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

5. Proficient in MS office application(Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
