1.Job Description
(1).Work with business colleagues to understand their requirements and in turn formulate and define scope and objectives of systems or process enhancements, creating requirements documentation and test plans. Assist in the preparation and conduct of Quality Assurance (QA) testing of systems or process enhancements.
(2).The role is predominantly based in the JV offices in Shenzhen


2.Job Responsibilities
(1). Contribute to the creation of best practice for capture of user requirements, creation of specification documentation, formulation and execution of test plans and scripts. Help create practices which are consistent with and complement existing JV IT procedure and practice, at all times reinforcing the company's emphasis on the importance of Information Protection.
(2). Communicate with business departments, gaining and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of their business functions. Understand their needs, document their requirements and devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time and the form of desired results. Where appropriate, translate requirements into proper systems requirement specifications, facilitate user sign off of those specifications, formulate the relevant test plan/scripts and facilitate completion of the same. Train users in the use of new/enhanced systems applications and processes.
(3). Maintain a strong knowledge of Cigna-CMC, CDSS and Cigna business processes systems, requirements and plans.
(4). Assist in assessing cost/benefit analysis at the outset of initiatives, providing guidance to the wider IPMI team.


3. Qualifications
(1).Degree in a related discipline.
(2).3 - 5 years work experience in a business analysis/testing field, ideally within the health insurance industry or with experience in financial services.
(3). Professional Knowledge&Skills
(4).Excellant understanding of business analysis tools and techniques;
(5). Excellent understanding of test planning, test case generation & execution techniques;
(6).Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle;
(7). Strong understanding of business modeling and process engineering;
(8). Experienced with change management & defect tracking processes;
(9). Experience in delivery of process improvement/quality projects;
(10). Experienced in documentation of user requirements with proven record of delivering working solutions;
(11). Ability to facilitate workshops with business users and follow these through into a documented solution.

4.Other Requirements
(1).PC Skills Strong level of competency using Microsoft Office applications, includingVisio.
(2).Foreign Language Proficient in Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills;
(3). Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
(4). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp the implications of user requirements;
(5). A high degree of initiative;
(6). Ability to work unsupervised and in a team;
(7). Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with colleagues of all levels;
(8). Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with third party providers.
